Hey guys: went out and moto'd 5 deer recently it is really grown over but the trail surface itself is in pretty darn good shape. it will take a day or two to clear but would open up a pretty nice ride if we took the time. is anyone interested in heading out there to do some sniping and clipping? i can do it tuesdays and thursdays during the day and saturdays i might be able to get a few early morning hours in.

I might ride up there Saturday morning if I can get away. Where is a good place to start? From the ST turn-off and work my way up?

I would definetly start at the bottom otherwise when you are done you will have to climb the single track back out. I don't think we will be able to get it done in one day. I think I am going to get a pass until noon on Saturday I will do my best to be there as well.

Wel did anyone make it out on Saturday? Two flat tires kept me off the trail but I will be there tomorrow from about noon till 5 as best guess.

Well i finally limped my bike out there today, still cant keep my rear tubeless inflated for some reason. Anyways i was only able to spend about 2 hours out there working but it went pretty well have a few pictures of the freshly reclaimed single track. it is slow going solo we really need to get a day when we can have a few people out working together so it can move faster. i got about .5 miles done today i did not start at the entrance to the trail as you can see by the pin locations. anyway i will be free next tuesday after 9 am so let me know if anyone else can make it.

Have some work to do after that, will see how soon I can get up there on the Moto.

You have tools or what should I Bring?

well put in another day of work and cleared the bottom of the trail from artesian springs (where i have the pin named 5 deer start) to where I had originally started last week. It is looking really good so far it was really overgrown today but i managed to get it done in about 2.5 hours on my own. My best guesstimate is 2.8-3 miles to go to complete the trail some of those sections will require little to no work and some will be extremely tight. i will once again be heading out next tuesday or thursday let me know when anyone else will be able to go. thanks.
