Click on the board you would like to subscribe to.
Click on the "Notify" Button in the board you want to "subscribe to" ie. XC Mtb Rides
Then you will receive an email notification of any new rides posted!!!
You may also subscribe to topics in the same maner.  Manage subscriptions in your profile under "Notifications and Email"

In the calendar you can post rides and select XC Mtb as the post to enter it in.
or you can enter a post in XC Mtb and hit the link to calendar option.
