Do you really go down hill faster if you shuttle?

MTB Trail - Bouquet Canyon Jumps - CA

Meet at trailhead: 8AM

Location Santa Clarita
Directions From the intersection of Bouquet Canyon Rd & Vasquez Canyon Road drive up Bouquest Canyon Rd for approx. 4.3 miles (1.5 miles beyond the ranger station.) Look for a fire road on the slope to your right (east). Park at the pull out and cross the road to begin the climb up Forest route N607 (not marked.) The Trailhead is at N34.52 / W 118.442.

I do believe this particulary area of riding area is CLOSED  due to the Buchwheeat fire    http://www.fs.fed.us/r5/angeles/orders/Map_BuckweedClosure.pdf

It would appear that the Pretty Cool Trail at % deer would accomodate....or PigPharm  is close by .......

If someone could lead Pig Farm then I would be down for that.

Is 5 Deer open? That would be another option.

Changing ride to Nature Center via SF Road due to closure from fire. Meet at 8AM at SF Road trailhead
