It looks like the Fat Tire Fest is OFF this year so an informal gathering is being put together on MTBR for the first weekend in November (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Likely rides to include the Cannel Plunge (if open), Just Outstanding, Keyesville XC course and many others (known & unknown  wav )

Anyone else interested?

There may be a little "frost on the pumpkin" in the mornings to be sure. I've camped at Lake Isabella in mid-October and we had a little ice on things in the morning as i recall.

I will be going up with a couple friends. Looks like it's going to be a decent size group and prime riding.
