Im still in Pasadena but I hear its been a steady drizzle in SCV the whole day and that its pouring pretty hard right now.  Knowing how San fernando is when it gets saturated, will it be rideable fro tomorrow?

The only local ride that doesn't suffer the greasy mud tire resizing syndrome,
Is The Jump Trail.
If it doesn't rain any more tonight, SFR might be good.  We have only gotten a 1/4" so far.  It might be soaked up or frozen by morning.

It's a wait n see, If you want to post a redirect to the JT in the morning...Thats good by me
Maybe even a little later (730-800am) might be a bit warmer *snivel*

The first mile was greasy and stickin to the tyres, but after that the trail seems to be decomposed granite now, so the climb was not bad.
Came down Viper.  It'l be sweet when it dries.
Lil Viper was greasy so when your rear breaks free you have to let the brakes go and avoid the ruts, cuz you'll slip right into them with no hope of climbing the sides.
Big Viper was great, not greasy just the DG and clean fast down.

good thing you went early, looks pretty bad now.   just the two of you?   or did the mt. lion get the rest?
i think if you go off the trail a few feet into the grass you can aviod the mud. or if you stay home.....
